TomTom – Project – integration with CTI (ININ)
enhancing the OSC – CTI(ININ) integration

We are proud TomTom and ININ has chosen WeSquare as partner for developing a enhancement on their CTI integration with Oracle Service Cloud.

Description
We needed to enhance the ININ CTI intgration with OSC. De integration needed to be added with the following functionalities:
– Create a task workspace addin
– Which will popup if a call is mapped to more than 1 contact in OSC
– The addin will show:
– Mappped contacts in their organizations (also the addin shows critical organization info)
– They can select a contact and see their incidents
– Add/Edit incidents of a contact
– Search
