We are looking for a driven Test Lead who enjoys solving problems, who initiates solutions and discussions, and who believes that any challenge can be scaled with the right mindset and tools.

We have found that people who match the following requirements are the ones who fit us best:

  • 7 to 9 years experience
  • Good Experience in Automation with selenium(Java) and manual testing.
  • Building and leading the testing team to the success of the application.
  • Develop test strategy and test plans.
  • Participate in developing and reviewing the test policies for organisation.
  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of every release and every software testing level or cycle.
  • The use of resources in an effective way and managing the resources for software testing.
  • Applying the appropriate test measurement and metrics for the software product and testing team.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for communicating with customers or clients
