ABOUT THIS PROJECT
To accelerate the development of a new portal in a cost-effective way, Canon partnered with WeSquare. We provided a dedicated, experienced team that collaborates closely with their Product Owner, ensuring efficient delivery, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Why
Hospitals often rely on manual processes for managing appointments and medical devices. The goal of this portal is to provide a centralized web application to manage devices, appointments, users, manuals, and service reports. It also enables users to easily submit support requests, which are then handled by the back office.
Who
The solution is live in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Belgium and The Netherlands.
Technologies
The multi-language portal is developed on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) Customer Portal (PHP). The platform is integrated with the Customer database, ERP, Engineer Field Service, document management system, AWS, and other systems.
