ABOUT THIS PROJECT
About 5 years ago, WeSquare started to implement Oracle Service Cloud for Ibood by doing a conversion from their old system. Ever since that moment WeSquare has been working on optimizing, customizing & integrating Oracle Service Cloud with numerous of systems. For example; at first when a customer called the customer service the employees had to ask all their personal details, this is no longer necessary due to the switching to and integrating with a CTI, now all the information is linked to a customers phone number.
This smart solution makes it easier and above all more efficient for the employee to work. Thanks to these smart solutions, the company has been able to grow quickly without having to hire extra staff, which has kept costs at the same level.
