- should be a graduate who has completed formal training or is interested to learn Manual Testing or a bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- should be a team player who is ready to work hard, undergo training under the guidance of their seniors, and adopt to the work ethics of the company delivering results according to the standards
- should be able to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingmust have a good and positive attitude, and good communication skills in the English language
- should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- should have a fair understanding of Agile-SCRUM working methodologies
