WeSquare has a really nice job opening for you, as we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to strengthen our rapidly growing development team in Hyderabad, India offering a great place to work, a lot of freedom and support for personal development and to grow as a professional.
Your role will be to:
- Service clients operating on Salesforce, ensuring them their Salesforce application is always available, optimized and high performing to deliver the optimal Customer Experience to their customers
- Identify and address weak spots in current architecture and set-up
- Advise product owners on areas that require development for scale or quality purposes and ensure they get the right priority
- Help the team make decisions on architecture (UX) and design (UI)
- Help junior team members to learn and develop themselves
REQUIRED SKILLS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years- prior experience as a Salesforce developer
- Experience of development for Web application
- Hands-on design and development of unique solutions on the Force.com platform, including extensive work in Apex, Visualforce, and system integration. Lightning platform development, LWC, data migration.
- Knowledgeable of Salesforce configurations such as object creation, validation rules, workflow rules, email templates, process builder and visual flows, deployment & deployment issue resolution
- Good to have experience in Outsystems / Talend (data migration) / RPA / Scripting.
- Understand the contents of requests from the business side, and execute requirements definition, system design, development, testing, and release works.
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle.
- Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
